111xx Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "111xx", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 111xx online casino and sports betting platform operating at 111xx.org, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the 111xx platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account opened by a Player on the 111xx platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their 111xx account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that have not yet been wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credit, free spin value, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account by 111xx that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where 111xx does not accept registrations.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment processing, customer support, and any other features offered by 111xx.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 111xx, accessing the platform, or using any of its Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 111xx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

111xx reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 111xx will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 111xx with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a 111xx account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 111xx strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21, and age verification is conducted at the time of registration and at the point of first withdrawal request.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction to participate in online casino gaming and sports betting.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory in which 111xx has determined it does not operate.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed by you via the 111xx responsible gaming tools or imposed by 111xx for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 111xx or any of its affiliated entities.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. 111xx operates strict duplicate account detection. Where a Player is found to have opened multiple accounts, 111xx reserves the right to close all accounts, forfeit all balances, and void all associated wagers and bonuses without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani contact number or email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 111xx account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility.

111xx will never contact you to request your password, whether via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 111xx and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to the 111xx support team.

You must notify 111xx immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 111xx will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use where the Player has failed to notify 111xx promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.

111xx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that is harmful to the platform, other Players, or third parties. In cases of fraud or money laundering, all balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5 Deposits & Payments

111xx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. 111xx does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party payment services not listed above, or payments from accounts held in names other than the registered account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your 111xx account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 111xx's discretion. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools will be bound by those limits for the duration specified.

All deposits are processed in real time or within the standard processing window of the selected payment method. 111xx is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment intermediary.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours, that you are not using funds derived from illegal activity, and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. 111xx may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations at any time.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the 111xx account dashboard at any time. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method will be agreed between the Player and 111xx support.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the Player must have completed the standard 111xx identity verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, commencing from the point of approval by the 111xx payments team:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Typically within 2 to 6 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank Online Transfer: Typically within 1 to 2 business days of approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically within 2 to 3 business days of approval.

111xx reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

111xx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus provisions in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 111xx promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of a Bonus Balance or winnings derived from a Bonus Balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the general bonus terms section of the 111xx platform.
• 111xx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect Players who have already accepted and commenced play under an active promotion.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 111xx platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and virtual sports — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and are verified by independent third-party auditors under the requirements of the 111xx international gaming licence.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or software fault during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or interrupted session — 111xx reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Player's wager for that round. Where game logs are incomplete or corrupted, 111xx's internal game records shall be treated as the definitive record for the purposes of resolving any dispute.

Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with 111xx games or to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The 111xx sportsbook covers a wide range of international sports markets, with particular emphasis on PSL cricket, Test cricket, ODIs, T20 internationals, and other events of significance to Pakistani sports bettors. All sports betting markets on 111xx are governed by these general Terms together with the 111xx Sportsbook Rules document, which is published separately on the platform.

Key sports betting conditions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 111xx does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or transfer bets after confirmation, except where a market is declared void by 111xx in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed on the bet slip are the odds that will apply to that wager.
• 111xx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or following a technical malfunction affecting the odds feed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport and are published in the 111xx Sportsbook Rules. Where a winning bet would exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Any evidence of match fixing, insider information, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit 111xx pricing will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

10 Responsible Gaming

111xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment for all Players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from within your 111xx account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before being increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications at regular intervals to remind you of the time you have spent on the platform during a session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a voluntary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains open for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 111xx platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, no promotional communications will be sent and no new account may be opened.

111xx enforces a mandatory 21+ age restriction. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, their deposits returned to the original payment method, and any associated winnings forfeited in full.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111xx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 111xx account in your name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the 111xx platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete bonus wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting with other Players.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 111xx staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the 111xx platform infrastructure, including but not limited to servers, databases, APIs, and payment processing systems.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 111xx platform — including but not limited to the 111xx brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 111xx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 111xx platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 111xx platform or its content without prior written consent from 111xx.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111xx, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.

111xx's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111xx does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 111xx's reasonable control. 111xx shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability where reasonable notice has been given or where unavailability is caused by events beyond 111xx's control.

14 Privacy & Data

111xx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 111xx Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

111xx will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of the 111xx international gaming licence. 15 Amendments to Terms

111xx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or available Services — 111xx will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification banner before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Player rights, 111xx may update these Terms with immediate effect and will note the revision date at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

The version of these Terms that is published on the 111xx platform at the time of any specific transaction, bet, or event shall be the version that governs that transaction, bet, or event for dispute resolution purposes.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111xx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 111xx internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint regarding the 111xx platform or its Services, you should first contact the 111xx support team via live chat. 111xx operates an internal complaints resolution process and will aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, further escalation options are detailed in the 111xx Complaints Procedure document available on the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
